Who we are

• We are an introductory service only.
• As owners of this agency and consultants working for it we have used Au pairs and nannies before for our families and have been nannies ourselves so we know what we are looking for and what a family would want.
• We also understand what an Au pair looks for when deciding to become an Au pair.  We profile match the families with the Au pair to ensure the right level of experience, skill and interests are met.
• We take references from the Au pair and are thorough with our matching process to reduce the possibility of any failed placements.
• SuperCareAupairs UK seeks to place their principles on Christian values.
• Our Au pair Consultants are skilled personnel, who have had training in our business, with most being bilingual. Some are qualified as child carers with experience of working in family homes as well as commercial establishments.

What we do

• Au pairs: our Au pairs complete an application which enables us to understand about their experiences, expectations, skills, hobbies so we can match them accordingly.
• Families: we request families complete a family application which enables us to match suitable Au pairs with the families needs, hobbies and most importantly their Children.
• To make things easier and save you time, we provide your new Au pair with a free UK mobile SIM card, and we will also assist with finding the local English school. See Links.
• We will also provide on going support within the first month of placing an Au pair.

What we don’t do

• We are not about filling placements: we are very careful at matching families and Au pairs according to their requirements. Filling placement is unwelcome both for the Au pairs and the families. Au pairs will loose interest and leave, families will waste time and most importantly the children will not be able to bond with the Au pair.
